Equipment Warranty

If an item is ‘back to base’, the user of the equipment will need to cover costs involved to return this unit back to the required base. Warranty can be invalidated by a manufacturer through misuse or a third party attempt, other than anyone authorised by the manufacturer, attending a warranty issue.

How To Place a Call Directly to Manufacturers Yourself

You can place a warranty call directly with the below manufacturers; you will need serial number, model number and date of purchase.

How To Place a Warranty Call

We hope you don’t need to place a warranty call, should you need to do so please follow procedure below:

PLEASE NOTE AXON WILL ONLY ACCEPT CALLS FROM DEALERS

  1. Call Axon on 01432 359 906 or email customerservices@axon-enterprises.co.uk.
  2. We will advise whether we can place the call for you or if your customer can place this direct with the manufacturer.
  3. If we place the call on your behalf, we will then send you a ‘Axon Warranty Request Form’.
  4. The call will only be placed on return of the completed and signed ‘Warranty Request From’. We are unable to place calls without a signature on the form.
  5. Once Axon has placed the call we will chase the manufacturer for updates - you can call/email us at anytime for our progress on this.
  6. Should the warranty be deemed as a chargeable call we will raise an invoice on your account in accordance with out terms & conditions on the completed form.

Please note that should the unit be attended by anyone other than a manufacturer authorised engineer, the warranty will be invalidated.
