IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY OF CATERING EQUIPMENT FROM AXON ENTERPRISES LIMITED - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  1. Standard delivery is kerbside only – should you need anything other than this option, please contact us for a price. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
  2. Every order you place is confirmed with an order acknowledgment from Axon Enterprises Ltd which includes detailed notes regarding acceptance of a delivery.
  3. Deliveries must be unpacked and checked for any damage before accepting the goods in good condition by signing for them with the carrier. Should the carrier refuse to wait, the goods must be signed for as damaged or refused. Signing “unexamined” or “unchecked” will not be grounds for a claim.
  4. All claims for damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered as per our terms and conditions. Should you wish to report a damage on delivery, you will need to complete the online damage form available via the distributor portal.
  5. Claims for damage after 24 hours of the goods being received will not be considered by Axon.
  6. Axon indicates the timescale for delivery on the order acknowledgement. Should this be a week commencing delivery, Axon will be unable to be more specific. If you require a specific date of delivery, this is a premium upgrade. Prices for our best-selling products and delivery upgrades are available on our website.
  7. There will be delivery charges on the following postcode areas:
    - Off Shore
    - Southern / Northern Ireland (BT)
    - Scotland / Highlands (AB31-56, HS, IV, KA27 – KA28, KW, PA20-PA78, PH19-PH50)
    - Guernsey / Jersey (GY1-GY9 / JE)
    - Shetlands (ZE)
    - Isle of Man (IM)
    - Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41)
    - Isles of Scilly (TR21-TR25)

    Prices will vary to these areas’ dependant on the product, please call us for exact pricing.

    If a delivery is attempted and subsequently fails a re-delivery charge will apply.
    - For re-delivery to the same address, items with a packed weight of up to 50kg the charge will be £25.
    - For re-delivery to the same address, items with a packed weight over 50kg the charge will be £50.
    If delivery fails on the second attempt the whole order will be returned to Axon and our restocking charge of 30% will apply.

    When discussing deliveries with your customer could you check the following:
    - Does your customer have the correct equipment to open the packaging with on delivery?
    - Has your customer organised assistance to handle and move the heavy goods once delivered? Delivery is kerbside only.
    - Has your customer checked the entrance to their premises to make sure the delivery will fit? Axon Will NOT accept responsibility if the goods will not fit.
    - Does your customer know they must check their delivery for damage on arrival. They are signing for “goods received in good condition” regardless to the condition of the packaging.
