IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY OF CATERING EQUIPMENT FROM AXON ENTERPRISES LIMITED PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  1. Standard delivery is kerbside only – should you need anything other than this option, please contact us for a price. Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
  2. Every order you place is confirmed with an order acknowledgment from Axon Enterprises Ltd which includes detailed notes regarding acceptance of a delivery
  3. Deliveries must be unpacked and checked for any damage BEFORE accepting the goods in good condition by signing for them with the carrier. Should the carrier refuse to wait, the goods must be signed for as damaged or refused. Signing “unexamined” or “unchecked” will not be grounds for a claim.
  4. All claims for damage on delivery must be reported within 24 hours of the item being delivered as per our terms and conditions. Should you wish to report a damage on delivery, you will need to complete the online form available via the distributor portal.
  5. Claims for damage after 24 hours of the goods being received will NOT be considered by Axon.
  6. Axon indicates the timescale for delivery on the order acknowledgement. Should this be a week commencing delivery, Axon will be unable to be more specific. If you require a specific date of delivery, this is a premium upgrade. Prices for our best selling products for delivery upgrades are available on our website.
  7. All goods despatched from Axon clearly state that the unit must be checked by means of a large explanatory yellow sticker.
  8. Some postcodes will be charged at a premium, please call our offices for a delivery quote for any of the following postcodes:

  10. When a delivery is attempted but subsequently fails a redelivery charge will apply.
    For items with a packed weight up to 50kg the charge will be £50.
    For items with a packed weight over 50kg the charge will be £100.
    If delivery fails on the second attempt the order will be returned to Axon and our restocking charges will apply.
    Restocking is charged at 30% for goods valued over £200 and 50% for goods under £200 as per our terms and conditions (4.6).

When discussing deliveries with your customer could you check the following:

  1. Has your customer checked the entrance to their premises to make sure the delivery will fit? Axon Will NOT accept responsibility if the goods will not fit.
  2. Has your customer organised assistance to handle and move the heavy goods once delivered?
  3. Does your customer know the delivery is kerbside only?
  4. Does your customer know they must check their delivery for damage on arrival. They are signing for “goods received in good condition” regardless to the condition of the packaging.
  5. Does your customer have the correct equipment to open the packaging with on delivery?

  Order cut off for goods to be despatched from Axon stock that day is 2.30pm (Monday - Friday).We will endeavour to despatch goods from Axon stock for orders received after 2.30pm if at all possible that day otherwise they will be despatched the following day. for despatch of goods ordered for direct delivery by the manufacturer cut off times vary and it is best to ask our sales staff at the time of enquiry
Delivery Time Next day delivery. All deliveries from Axon stock over 50kgs are by means of a tail lift vehicle. Monday order delivery by Thursday Unfortunately we cannot be specific on these as they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will advise estimated delivery dates on our order confirmation which is always either e-mailed or faxed to our customers
Delivery window 8am to 4pm.Please note we cannot offer book in calls. 8am to 6pm. Varies by manufacturer.
