Our trading operation means that we supply goods outside our immediate locality via our network of bona fide distributors and catering equipment engineers, on a nation-wide basis However, if you are a private sector customer wishing to purchase items for your own use we are happy to provide our products via a local distributor of your choice providing they trade with ourselves. If you have no preference with regards to local distributor we will route it through one near to you from our existing distributor network. If this causes you a problem we are prepared to supply you directly but only on the basis that we will pay a commission on the transaction to our regular distributor in your locality. The goods shown under the 'Home Products' banner are for domestic use only and this is the only section of our range that is suitable for the domestic retail market. These goods are outside our normal commercial catering equipment trading activity and would be supplied via domestic kitchen suppliers/installers or directly from ourselves but in all cases would require payment with order due to the nature of the products. We can accept payment by credit card, credit transfer, cash or cheque. If you can prove that you are a bona fide catering equipment distributor or engineer and do not have an account facility with ourselves we would be happy to consider your application for credit terms.
