The detachable block range of hand operated potato chippers have interchangeable upper blocks and lower knife frames. Blocks and knife frames are available for producing 8mm (5/16?), 10mm (3/8?), 12.5mm (1/2?) or 15mm (5/8?) chips. Also available is a block and frame potato wedger which will cut a whole potato into 8 wedge shaped pieces.
