A GN1/1 compatible heated 100mm deep well with a stainless steel base. one stainless steel mid shlef with quartz lights under providing additional heat to food below, a further set of quartz lights are mounted at the top of the gantry to provide heat to the food on the mid shelf, the base heat elements are controlled by a variable thermostat, the power to the heat lamps is adjusted by independent dimmer switches. The controls are mounted to the rear of the base of the unit.
