Benefit from warranty- all new goods supplied have the benefit of full manufacturers
guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship. This means that virtually
all the goods we offer have a full parts and site labour warranty - including
refrigeration. The few exceptions still have a parts and workshop labour or
parts only warranty (see Suppliers
& Warranties).
Our
Company
Our company is a family-owned catering equipment distributorship with
a reputation for supplying quality products and caring for its customers.
Originally
a partnership starting out supplying point of sale till systems, in 1979,
and owning a Free House 'hostelry' we expanded into catering equipment distribution
in 1983. The limited company was created from the partnership in 1988 (partnership
ceasing in 1992). Our staff command a wealth of experience gained in all aspects
of the catering industry and are well placed to advise you regarding your
requirements.
Our
sales office is located in rural Herefordshire from where we despatch goods
nationwide by express carrier services, our own transport or direct from manufacturers
via their own transportation networks
Our
Customer Base
Our customer base currently includes other catering distributors for whom
we are happy to source and supply equipment at advantageous terms. We supply
directly to caterers in the public sector - local authorities, the NHS, police
authorities and Ministry of Defense establishments amongst others. We also
deal directly with privately owned businesses in our local area, and elsewhere
via arrangements forged with national purchasing consortiums.
